Preview before you pay
Creating and previewing your song is completely free. You only pay if you decide to unlock the full version — so you always know what you’re getting before you spend anything.
Our satisfaction guarantee
Because you preview your song for free before paying, you always know what you’re getting. And if you’re still not happy with your purchase, we offer a simple money-back guarantee— just email us and we’ll issue a full refund, no hassle.
How to request a refund
Email us at team@pawlody.com within 14 daysof your purchase. Include the email address you used at checkout and, if possible, your pet’s name so we can find your order quickly.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
